ISLAND ROADS:
Notice is hereby given that the Isle of Wight Council in not less than seven days from the appearance of this Notice, under Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, proposes to make the following Orders: -.
The Isle of Wight Council (Cycle Track from Newport to Wootton, Wootton, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Cycle Track Closure) Order No 2 2025
Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for two weeks, between Monday 27 January 2025, and Friday 07 February 2025, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Cycle Track from Newport to Wootton, Wootton, from its junction with Park Road, and its junction with Station Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during structure bridge maintenance works.
